Charges
Any transactions made with Fennec Logistics Ltd will be at the discretion of your local office. We have a yearly period of validity. As for the deadline for payments, it is the 30th day of each month. The invoices will be sent on a weekly basis unless requested otherwise. The customer has the right to request Proof of Delivery. Any claims will be processed in accordance with Fennec Logistics Ltd's procedure.
Fennec Logistics Ltd offers four delivery options, mainly Same Day Delivery, Urgent Delivery, Next Day Courier, and Wait and Return courier. The charges may vary depending on the chosen delivery option and the vehicle type. We offer five different vehicles, while choosing the right vehicle for you please take into account the vehicle’s max load as well as the dimensions and number of your parcels. The following pricing applies for waiting time : for a Car we charge £10 per hour, for a Small Van we charge £15 per hour, for a Midi Van we charge £20 per hour, for a Large Van we charge £25 per hour, and for an Extra Large Van we charge £30 per hour.
When it comes to cancellation charges, the charges will vary depending on the vehicle type. The notice period is also relevant to the cancellation charge. The customer will be charged either the full booking price or part of it depending on the circumstances. The Car, Small Van, and Midi Van have the following charges. If you were to cancel the delivery while the driver is already on site, you will have to compensate us fully. If the cancellation is within 30 minutes of delivery, you will be charged a £25 administration fee. No charges will apply for cancellations with a notice longer than 30 minutes.
The cancellation charges differ for the Large Van and the Extra Large Van. If the notice period is shorter than 3 hours, the cancellation charge will be 100%. For cancellations within 6 to 3 hours from delivery, the fee will be 75%. For cancellations within 9 to 6 hours from delivery, the fee will be 50%. For cancellations within 12 to 9 hours from delivery, the fee will be 25%. No charges will apply for cancellations with a notice longer than 12 hours. Please note that Fennec Logistics Ltd reserves the right to charge the full booking price if the customer cancels the delivery on arrival.
If you wish to add more drops to your booking an additional drop charge applies. The pricing varies depending on the vehicle type and whether it is in the vicinity of London. For a Car, the drop charge outside of London is £10, while inside £25. For the Small Van and the Midi Van, the drop charge outside of London is £25, while inside £35. For the Large Van and the Extra Large Van, the drop charge outside of London is £35, while inside £45. If there are multiple drop routes you will be charged for the furthest drop. Please note that if the destination between the drops is bigger than 5 miles additional diversionary mileage charges will be applied. Please note that additional charges may apply in case of congestion or an Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
Fennec Logistics Ltd applies the following charges for Hand-balling. The charge for the Car and the Small Van is £15 per hour. The charge for the Midi Van is £20 per hour. The charge for the Large Van is £35 per hour. The charge for the Extra Large Van is £45 per hour.
Refunds and Cancellations
Thank you for using our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your service for whatever reason, you may issue a refund. Any rebooks, returns or redeliveries will be rated in accordance with the Fennec Logistics Ltd costing model. Please note that failing to comply with the hereby Terms of Service will result in the cancellation of your booking, charges may still apply.
Fennec Logistics Ltd will issue a full refund in the event that the client’s booking is declined for whatever reason we see fit. In order to issue a refund for any reason, a proof of purchase is necessary. Please note that only a partial refund will be granted in case of the following circumstances:
Inability to collect the goods due to insufficient, missing or incorrect information
Nobody collected the goods delivered by us
The refunded amount will be based on incurred costs of the delivery. Please allow us at least seven (7) working days to process your refund. Additionally, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that additional charges may apply to your booking due to the following circumstances:
A different vehicle is required to transport the packages
Any changes to the delivery or collection address
Adding more locations for collections or drop-offs
Any delays where the client is at a fault
Should the customer be absent for the delivery, the items will be returned to our premises, unless the customer has provided instructions to leave the goods in a specific place. Another delivery must be arranged to finalise the order, please note that additional charges may apply. Failing to contact us within 14 days of a missed delivery. We have the right to dispose of the items with no refund or compensation if the customer fails to contact us within 14 days of a missed delivery.
Abuse
Refunds are designed to remove the risk of purchasing a service – not as a way to get free service. If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
